In the evolution of creating a school, there are, and will be, times when financial matters need to be raised or discussed. For annual school fees please refer to the Parent Handbook on the 'For Parents' page.
During your child’s education at Good Shepherd School there will be times when you will want to meet with your school staff. You are always free to do this by means of an appointment.
There will be other times when the school will decide that a compulsory School Meeting would be the most effective means of conveying information. Each family’s attendance is considered to be vital at such meetings. Ideally, we would expect both parents to be present at these meetings.
There is one special event in the school year when both parents, child and teacher come together to review the child’s learning progress. This event is called a Celebration of Learning Conference and it occurs mid-year. This Conference brings together the partners engaged in the learning process. On this occasion we hope at least one parent will be in attendance.
Throughout the school year, you will be invited to school liturgies, assemblies, excursions, classroom activities, school lunches and the like. If you are available for these activities, we will be happy to see you.
We look forward to having your child in our school. Our partnership throughout the coming years will enhance the quality of your child’s education at Good Shepherd.
The concept of PARTNERSHIP is a value highly regarded at Good Shepherd School.
